design concept package

Every project is unique depending on the scope of the work and the tasks for which we are hired, but typically our Design Concept Package consists of drawings illustrating several architectural & furniture layouts, and inspirational images & materials categorized by room, style, color, content, layout, etc. The goal is to both come up with a general layout direction that will serve you best, as well as get to the bottom of your ideal design aesthetic. After the presentation, we usually mark up the package with our notes, and if it merits it, we may do another quick study or two combining some ideas we discussed before sending it off to you to reflect on at your convenience. Nothing is set in stone, but we find this method not only gives you a lot of (hopefully, new) ideas, and us a very clear jumping off point for the next phases, should we continue helping with your project!
